## Overview

Alvarez Landscaping Co. is a local landscaping and hardscape company. Micromarketing rebuilt the website, first on WordPress and then on Astro, set up Google Business Profile and local SEO, fixed the tracking tags, ran Google Ads, automated the quote workflow and built an AI tool that shows prospects what their finished project will look like before they sign.

## Challenge

Landscaping sells on imagination. Prospects struggled to picture the result, quotes took days because photos and measurements sat in text messages, and the company depended on word of mouth because it was invisible in local search. Leads that did arrive cooled off before anyone followed up.

## Solution

We launched a fast site built around project galleries and quote requests, completed the Google Business Profile and local service pages, and set up tracking so every call and form is attributed. Google Ads run against design, install and maintenance searches. The quote workflow now collects photos, address and scope automatically and sends a same-day estimate from Micro CRM. On top of that we built an AI preview tool that turns a photo of the client's yard into a rendering of the proposed design, so the client sees the result before the first shovel goes in.
