n8n automation

n8n consulting and automation for growing teams

An n8n consultant who builds workflows your team can actually maintain: documented, monitored and connected to the AI models you use.

We design, build and host n8n automations for growing teams, on n8n Cloud or on your own server.

n8n consulting

What our n8n consulting covers

n8n is a workflow automation platform: you connect your apps, add logic and AI steps, and let workflows run on a schedule or whenever something happens. Our n8n consulting covers the whole job:

  • Workflow design: We map the process first, then design workflows that are easy to read, with clear names and notes on each step.
  • Builds: From simple form-to-CRM syncs to multi-branch processes with approvals.
  • AI/LLM nodes and agents: AI steps where they help: sorting requests, drafting replies, summarizing records or running agents with tools.
  • Self-hosting or n8n Cloud: We help you choose between n8n Cloud and self-hosting with Docker on a VPS, then set it up.
  • Security: Credentials stored properly, access limited by role and webhooks protected.
  • Error handling: Retries, error workflows and alerts, so a failed run gets noticed.
  • Handover docs: Written documentation for every workflow, so your team or another developer can maintain it.

Not set on a specific tool? Our platform-agnostic AI workflow automation service starts from the process instead. Both are part of our AI automation services.

Why n8n

Why businesses choose n8n

Plenty of tools can connect apps. Teams usually pick n8n for a few practical reasons:

  • Self-hosting and data control: n8n can run on your own server, so your data and credentials stay in infrastructure you control. A managed cloud version is available too.
  • Code when you need it: Most steps are visual, but you can add JavaScript or Python for logic that is easier to write than to click together.
  • Costs you can plan for: Because you can self-host, many teams find n8n easier to budget as their automations grow. We'll compare n8n's current plans with your options rather than assume.
  • AI built in: n8n includes nodes for working with large language models and AI agents, alongside a large library of app integrations.

n8n isn't the right tool for every team. If you need a handful of simple automations and nobody wants to look after a server, a hosted tool may suit you better, and we'll say so.

Examples

Popular n8n automations we build

These are common examples of what n8n handles well for small and mid-sized teams:

Lead intake to CRM to Slack

A form or ad lead lands in your CRM with the right owner and tags, and your team gets a Slack alert with the details.

Quote request to AI draft to approval

An AI step drafts a quote or reply from the request, and a person approves it before anything goes to the customer.

Invoice and payment sync

Invoices, payments and customer records stay in step between your billing tool, CRM and accounting software.

Review requests

After a job or visit is marked done, the customer gets a polite request for a review, with a reminder if they haven't replied.

Content pipelines

Ideas, drafts, approvals and publishing move through a set of steps, with AI help where it is useful.

Reporting

Numbers from your CRM, ads and spreadsheets are collected on a schedule and sent as a short summary.

Each of these can start small and grow once it has proved useful.

For a worked example, read how to stop AdRoll retargeting closed HubSpot deals with n8n. For agents that take multi-step actions on their own, see AI agent development.

Migrations

Migrating from Zapier or Make to n8n

Moving to n8n can make sense when your costs keep climbing with volume, you need logic that's awkward in your current tool, you want to self-host for data control, or your automations have grown into a tangle nobody fully understands. It doesn't make sense if your current automations are simple, affordable and working, and we'll tell you so.

To avoid downtime, we list every existing Zap or scenario, rebuild each one in n8n and test it on sample data. Then we switch over one workflow at a time and keep the old version paused, not deleted, until the new one has run cleanly.

If a workflow can't be moved cleanly, we flag it before we start.

We clean up as we go: duplicate workflows get merged, unused ones get retired and every rebuilt workflow gets documentation.

Process

Our n8n automation agency process

As an n8n agency, we follow the same five steps on every project, whether it's one workflow or twenty.

  1. Audit

We review your current tools, workflows and pain points, including any existing n8n setup, and note what already works.

  2. Map

We agree on the workflows to build first, the systems involved, who approves what and what a good result looks like.

  3. Build

We build the workflows with error handling, clear names and notes on each step from the start.

  4. Test

We run each workflow on test data and edge cases before it touches real records or customers.

  5. Monitor

After launch we watch the runs, fix failures and hand over the documentation.

You get a short written summary at each step, so you always know what's built, what's next and what it depends on.

Support

Support and maintenance plans

Ongoing monitoring and changes are available. Workflows need care as APIs change, tools update and your process evolves. Most of that work is small: a field changes in your CRM, an API key expires or a new form needs to feed an existing workflow, and catching it early keeps everything running. After launch we can watch for failed runs, keep n8n updated, adjust workflows when your process changes and add new automations as you need them. Tell us the level of help you want and we'll scope it with you.

If you'd rather run things yourself, we can walk your team through the workflows we built and stay available for the occasional fix.

Questions

FAQs

Do you work with n8n Cloud or self-hosted n8n?

Both. We can build in your n8n Cloud workspace or set up and maintain a self-hosted instance with Docker on a VPS, and help you decide which fits.

Can you fix or take over existing n8n workflows?

Yes. We start by reviewing what you have, document how each workflow works, fix what's broken and then improve or extend it.

Can n8n use OpenAI, Grok or other AI models?

Yes, through n8n's AI nodes or HTTP requests to a model provider's API. We pick the model for each step based on accuracy, cost and how your data must be handled.

How do you handle errors and failed runs?

Every workflow gets error handling: retries where they are safe, an error workflow that alerts your team, and logs that show what failed and why.

Who owns the workflows?

You do. The workflows live in your n8n account or on your server, and we document them and hand them over.

Do I need a developer on staff?

No. We build and document workflows so a non-developer can follow them, and ongoing monitoring and changes are available if you'd rather not maintain them yourself.
