Pricing

# How pricing works for websites, AI automation and marketing

No rate card and no mystery. Every project gets a fixed-scope quote after discovery, and every monthly plan says exactly what is included.

## Discovery, then a fixed-scope build, then a monthly run.

### Discovery

A free strategy call and a short review of your site, systems and lead flow. You get a findings note and a recommendation, whether or not you hire us.

### Fixed-scope build

A written blueprint with a fixed price, the pages or workflows included, the review rounds and the launch checks. You approve it before anything is built.

### Monthly run

Optional. We monitor, report and improve what we built, and add the next piece when it earns its place. Month to month after the first agreed period.

## What drives website design cost for a small business

Four things move the price of a website: the number of unique page designs, how much of the content we write versus what you supply, the integrations the site has to connect to, and whether ecommerce or custom functionality is in scope. A focused service site with a handful of page types and a form into Micro CRM sits at one end; a catalog store or a site with portals and dashboards sits at the other.

Platform choice matters less than people expect. We build on WordPress when your team edits often and on Astro when speed and search performance lead, and we quote the same way for both. Redesigns are priced after an audit of what already ranks and converts, so you only pay to rebuild what needs rebuilding.

## What drives AI automation agency pricing

Automation is priced by the workflows in scope, the systems each one touches and how much a person needs to stay in the loop. A single trigger-to-action flow, such as a missed call that becomes a text and a CRM task, is a small build. An AI receptionist or assistant that has to understand your services, book into your calendar and hand off cleanly takes longer to train and test, and that shows in the quote.

The usage costs of the platforms underneath, Micro CRM, telephony, the AI models and n8n hosting, are passed through at cost or run on accounts you own. The blueprint lists them so there is a clear line between our work and the tools it runs on.

## What drives SEO and marketing pricing

Marketing is a monthly plan, priced by the channels we run, the volume of content and pages produced each month, and the reporting depth you need. Ad spend is always separate and paid to the platform from your own account. SEO plans are scoped by the number of pages to create or improve, the technical work the site needs and the local or national footprint you are competing for.

Content management is the one service with a published price list, because the deliverables are the same for every client: Done-for-you plans run at $500, $1,000 and $1,500 per month depending on how many recordings we turn into clips, posts, newsletters and articles.

## What a monthly run plan includes

A run plan keeps the system you paid for working and improving, with one team accountable for looking at it.

### Monitoring and fixes

Uptime, forms, automations and tracking are watched, and failures are fixed before you notice them.

### Monthly review

A short report on leads, bookings, search visibility, conversion and automation runs, with a ranked list of changes for the coming month.

### Improvements

Page updates, campaign adjustments and new automations for the busywork that surfaced since launch.

### Micro CRM administration

Pipelines, forms, calendars and follow-up sequences kept current as your offers and team change.

### Support

A direct line to the people who built the system, not a ticket queue.

### Platform costs

Hosting, telephony and AI usage listed separately so you can see what is our work and what is the tools.

## What you own when the project ends

- Your domain, your website code and content, and your hosting account.
- Your Micro CRM account, its contacts, pipelines and automations.
- Your ad accounts, analytics properties and search console data.
- The written blueprint, the integration map and the launch report for every build.
- Workflow definitions and prompts for the AI assistants and automations we built for you.

If you end a monthly plan, nothing is switched off. We hand over the documentation and the logins, and the system keeps running.

## Pricing questions

What businesses ask before the first call.

### How much does an AI automation agency charge?

It depends on how many workflows are in scope, how many systems they touch and how much human review each one needs. We quote a fixed price for the first build after discovery, then a monthly run plan if you want us to monitor and extend it. A single focused automation is a small project; a connected set of workflows across CRM, phones and email is a larger one.

### How much does a small business website cost?

Website cost is driven by the number of unique page designs, how much content needs writing, the integrations involved and whether ecommerce or custom functionality is part of the scope. We quote a fixed project price after a short discovery call rather than from a menu, and the quote names every page, feature and review round included.

### Do you publish prices?

Our content management plans are the one published price list, because the deliverables are the same for every client. Websites, AI automation and marketing are scoped per project, so the price comes with the blueprint instead of a rate card.

### Is there a minimum contract?

Project builds are fixed-scope and fixed-price with no ongoing commitment. Monthly run plans are month to month after the first period we agree on in the blueprint, and you can pause or end them with notice.

### What happens if the scope changes mid-project?

Small adjustments are absorbed. Anything that changes the page count, the workflow list or the integrations gets written up as a change with its own price and timeline, and you approve it before we build it. No surprise invoices.

### Can we start small and expand?

Yes, and most clients do. A common path is a website or a single automation first, then a monthly plan that adds campaigns, more workflows or new pages once the first piece is earning its keep.

Tell us what is slowing you down. The first call is free and ends with a recommendation you can act on either way.
